Pastor Clayton Watson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Lee College (Cleveland, TN). He has completed graduate studies in the areas of religion and philosophy at Lee University, and holds a Master's Degree in Ministry Leadership from Southeastern University. Pastor Watson is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN.

Prior to becoming Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary, Pastor Watson served in a variety of ministry roles, including Senior Pastor, Church Planter/Founder, Associate Pastor and Evangelist. He also served as Assistant to the President at Lee University. In addition, his writings have been published in various religious periodicals.

Linette Watson currently serves alongside her husband as they pastor The Sanctuary in Deland, FL.  Within the church, Linette serves as women’s ministry team leader and regularly teaches, leads in worship and plans activities. An avid reader, Linette has a thirst for gaining new understanding and sharing that truth with others.
