Manny Garay Care Ministries Pastor mgaray@sanctuaryonline.cc Bio Pastor Many Garay graduated at Long Island University in 1983 with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. Pastor Manny has ministered in both children and youth ministry for over 25 years. He has been a member at the Sanctuary for over 18 years and serving in various roles as Boys Club Leader, Regional Commander of The Children Service Brigade (Florida State Church of God appointed), Children's Outreach Pastor and Children's Pastor to the Deland and surrounding communities. He has been on staff since 2002 as our present Children's Outreach Pastor once again. Pastor Manny has also worked in the community in various roles such as: Supervisor of Children and Family Services and Agency for Persons with Disabilities with the State of Florida for over 19 years.
